1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PulseScore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PulseScore provides AI-powered audit reports for Shopify stores. The Service analyses publicly accessible information from your store and generates a comprehensive report with scores, benchmarks, and recommendations.
3. Products and Pricing
Instant Audit ($49 USD)
A one-time comprehensive AI audit of your Shopify store. Delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Includes scoring across 8 categories, benchmarking against 12,000+ stores, and a developer-ready action plan.
Monthly Monitor ($79/month USD)
A recurring subscription that includes monthly audit reports and quarterly deep-dive analyses. Subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Agency Plan ($29/store/month USD)
A per-store monthly subscription designed for agencies managing multiple Shopify stores. Includes all features of the Monthly Monitor for each enrolled store.
CRO Checklist Add-on ($29 USD)
A one-time add-on providing a conversion rate optimisation checklist tailored to your audit findings.
4. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars (USD). Local currency conversion is available at checkout via Stripe Adaptive Pricing. For subscription products, your card will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your audit report fails to generate or contains significant errors, we will either regenerate the report or issue a full refund. Contact hello@pulsescore.io within 14 days of purchase.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Monthly Monitor or Agency subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your reports generated during your subscription.
7. Store Data and Access
By purchasing an audit, you confirm that you are the owner or authorised representative of the Shopify store being audited. Our Service analyses only publicly accessible information from your store — we do not access your Shopify admin, customer data, or any private information.
8. Report Usage
Your audit report is licensed for your personal or business use only. You may share the report with your team members, developers, or contractors working on your store. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report publicly without our written permission.
9. AI-Generated Content
PulseScore reports are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Reports are provided as recommendations and should not be treated as professional consulting advice. We are not liable for business decisions made based on audit findings.
10. Intellectual Property
The PulseScore brand, website, audit methodology, report templates, and scoring algorithms are the intellectual property of PulseScore. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
